C\u2019est une m\u00e9decine traditionnelle qui vise avant tout \u00e0 comprendre et corriger les causes profondes des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 se limiter aux sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p><p>La naturopathie est un <b>outil de connaissance de soi.<\/b><b><\/b><\/p><p>Elle s\u2019appuie sur la <b>capacit\u00e9 d\u2019auto-gu\u00e9rison<\/b> du corps et <b>utilise des m\u00e9thodes naturelles, non invasives et personnalis\u00e9es<\/b> : alimentation, mouvement, gestion du stress, sommeil, phytoth\u00e9rapie, aromath\u00e9rapie, massages, techniques manuelles, r\u00e9flexologie, respiration, etc. Bien plus vaste que la simple utilisation des plantes, la naturopathie rassemble un ensemble d\u2019outils destin\u00e9s \u00e0 restaurer le terrain et renforcer la vitalit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Ancr\u00e9e dans des principes anciens et structur\u00e9s, <b>la naturopathie b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019un cadre reconnu<\/b> : en Suisse, elle est officiellement r\u00e9glement\u00e9e depuis 2016, garantissant une formation et des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles solides. Elle se divise officiellement en quatre grandes branches, dont l\u2019une d\u2019elle est la <b>M\u00e9decine Traditionnelle Europ\u00e9enne<\/b> que je pratique. Cette m\u00e9decine fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019ensemble des savoirs m\u00e9dicaux et th\u00e9rapeutiques issus des traditions europ\u00e9ennes, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s et transmis depuis l\u2019Antiquit\u00e9<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque moderne.
