Who would have thought that it would all start with a sugar story ? For years, I had a passionate - and then addictive - relationship with sweets. Until the day a documentary, That Sugar Film, Three weeks without sugar, just «to see». Three weeks without sugar, just "to see"... and a real transformation: no more mental fog, no more tiredness after meals, clearer skin, a stable mood at last.
The experience was a revelation: what I thought was my character was actually a reflection of inappropriate lifestyle habits. It was there that I became interested in the power of a healthy lifestyle to promote well-being - a curiosity that became a passion, and then a vocation: naturopathy.
With hindsight, this is hardly surprising. Visit the common thread running through my professional life has always been caring for others. Barmaid, waitress, tailor-made travel organiser, tourist guide... different professions, but the same intention: to accompany, care for and contribute to the well-being of others. Today, this intention is fully embodied in my practice as a naturopath.
