What is naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health which considers the human being as a whole. It is a traditional medicine that aims above all to understand and correct the underlying causes of imbalances, rather than limiting itself to the symptoms.

This medicine refers to all the medical and therapeutic knowledge derived from European traditions, developed and passed on since Antiquity to the modern era. It is based on a global vision of the human being, in relation to nature, the seasons and lifestyle.
